Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp. softened lard
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    flour
Preparation
    Add lard, cream, salt and baking powder to egg yolks and mix well.
    Add enough sifted flour to make a soft, non-sticky dough that will roll thin, about the consistency of pie dough.
    These can be cooked immediately.
    Can also be made ahead of time.
    Be sure they have plenty of flour on them to keep them from sticking together.
