Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix together with a whisk.
Pour into hot grease (about 1 inch), beginning in center of skillet and circling out.
Brown lightly on both sides.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
