Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beets
    1 head cabbage
    horseradish (fresh or canned)
    vinegar
    sugar
Preparation
    Cook beets and peel.
    Chop a head of cabbage and cook.
    Add some horseradish (either fresh or canned).
    Combine all of the ingredients in three desired proportions.
    Pour over this equal amounts of vinegar and sugar.
    Store in refrigerator and use as a relish with meats.
