Ham And Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked ham (1 lb.), cubed
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 qt. milk
12 c. potatoes, sliced (4 lb.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
paprika
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir quickly until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat.
Layer half of potatoes, onions and ham in casserole dish.
Pour half of white sauce over potatoes.
Repeat layering.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
Makes 10 servings.
