Baked Filet Of Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
8 to 10 fillets trout or orange roughy
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
8 to 10 lemon slices
paprika
Preparation

Melt butter. Grease a pan with margarine. Set up \"assembly line\" stations, then dip each fillet in melted butter, roll it in the bread crumbs and place the filet in the pan.
