Meatballs Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine beef, pork, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and milk in large bowl.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Then, using a tablespoon shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs in ungreased flat 10 x 15-inch pan 1-inch apart. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, turning frequently, browning on all sides.
    Keep warm in 200\u00b0 oven or store in freezer.
