Turkey And Ham A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. defatted chicken broth
    1 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
    1 1/2 c. low-fat ham
    1 (12 oz.) pimiento, drained
Preparation
    Saute in 1/4 cup water the onion and green pepper until tender. Stir in flour and black pepper. Cook until smooth. Add broth and milk into mixture. Cook until thickened. Stir constantly. Stir
    in turkey, ham and pimientos. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve on plate with rice.
