Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and chopped into small pieces
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/4 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. potato chips, crushed or crushed cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Gently combine all ingredients except for crushed chips, cheese and margarine.
    Combine these and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
