Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix well and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
