Minnie'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes (hot)
2 c. white sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
This will make 2 pies.
