Crab Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
2 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste (very little)
Preparation

Drain crabmeat very well and break apart with a fork.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Stir (do not use electric mixer) in crabmeat.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Chill.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
