Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lb. sirloin tip roast
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1/2 Tbsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Put roast, water, bouillon and paprika in roaster.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Take roast out of liquid, cool, then slice thin.
    Heat liquid and add the remaining ingredients. Pour over meat slices and simmer 1 hour.
    Serve on hard rolls.
