Zesty Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh torn spinach
6 to 8 radishes, sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid. Shake and mix well; refrigerate.
Just before serving, lightly toss the remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Shake dressing well, then pour over salad.
Makes 6 servings.
