Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Mix fruit with 1 tablespoon melted butter, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice.
    Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
    Cream 3 tablespoons butter; mix in sugar and flour.
    Add cereal and crumble together. Sprinkle over fruit.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until crisp.
    (Best served warm.
    Use Cool Whip or ice cream topping, optional.)
