Easy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. dried parsley (approximately)
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to soften.
    Mix cheese, pineapple, onion and pepper.
    Roll into a ball or log.
    Sprinkle parsley onto waxed paper.
    Roll cheese ball in parsley until coated.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
