Tuna Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (14 oz.) can tuna, drained
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. green olives, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    8 oz. sour cream
    3/4 c. real mayonnaise
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water in a small saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
    Set aside.
