Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups hot water
    3/4 c. quick cooking grits
    1 t. garlic salt
    5 T. sliced reduced fat butter
    1 1/2 c. reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar
    Paprika to suit your taste
Preparation
    Microwave first three ingredients for 10 minutes.
    Add butter and 1 1/2 c. cheddar.
    Stir until melted.
    Then mix the beaten eggs into the grits mixture.
    Pour this into a buttered 8 by 8-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika over grits mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
    Serve immediately.
