Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and mix them well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    You can make two pies from this recipe by adding more nuts.
    I add approximately 1/2 cup more and make one deep dish pie.
    Insert a knife in the center of the pie. If it comes out clean, it is done.
