Hurry Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, cooked
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
    2 cans cream of shrimp soup
    2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooked rice
    condiments: shredded coconut, chopped pecans, crisp bacon bits, raisins, crystallized ginger
Preparation
    In
    top
    of double boiler, saute onion and curry powder in butter
    until
    onion
    is
    soft.
    Add other ingredients and simmer until heated through.
    Serve over rice with condiments.
