Crab-Cheese Chowder(Makes 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    3 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. process cheese
    1 (about 6 oz.) can crabmeat, boned and flaked
    3 c. milk, scalded
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan; add onion and celery.
    Cook slowly until golden.
    Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
