Crab Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. herb stuffing mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. crab meat
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 whole chicken breasts, boned, skin left on
1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
1/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. brown gravy sauce
1/2 tsp. onion juice
Preparation

Beat egg lightly; add stuffing mix, 1/2 cup soup, crab meat, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard and 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
Sprinkle inside of chicken with 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and m.s.g.
Spoon 1/8 stuffing down center of each breast; roll and tie with strong cord.
Place on grill on low for approximately 45 minutes, turning often.
In pot, combine rest of soup with oil, milk, sauce, onion juice and dash of pepper.
Cook until soft boil.
Serve over grilled chicken.
