Potato Babka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. mashed potatoes (hot)
    1/3 c. hot cream or milk
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks into potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except egg whites.
    Beat vigorously until light.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mix.
    Spoon potatoes lightly into a buttered baking dish.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until well puffed.
