Ann Lander'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground round steak
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. flavor enhancer
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
bacon strips (optional)
Preparation

Beat all ingredients, except tomato sauce and bacon strips, thoroughly.
Put into loaf pan.
Cover with bacon strips (optional).
Pour tomato sauce over the loaf.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves six.
