California Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 c. chopped unpared zucchini
    3 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Beat in milk, baking mix, salt, red cayenne pepper and black pepper.
    Place zucchini in greased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
    Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yield:
    6 to 9 servings.
