Coating Mix For Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Blend together ingredients with fork or pastry blender; mix well.
Store in airtight container until ready to use.
(Not necessary to refrigerate.)
