Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3/4 medium onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. American cheese, cubed
1 can mushroom soup
3 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 large pkg. frozen hash browns or Tater Tots
Preparation

In an 8 x 8-inch casserole, layer meat and seasoning. Sprinkle onion and cheese over. Put in vegetables, then cover with mushroom soup and top with Tater Tots or hash browns.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
