Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 c. cooked, cubed white potatoes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. French dressing
    1/2 c. celery or 1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. vinegar
    mayonnaise as desired
    paprika
Preparation
    The night before serving, mix all of the ingredients except paprika.
    Chill overnight in refrigerator.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with paprika for color.
