Pie Crust (For 1 Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
cold water (to moisten)
Preparation

Sift flour and salt; add sugar.
Work quickly, with the tips of the fingers, the shortening into the mixture.
Use enough cold water to make the particles of the mixture stick together.
Turn on floured pastry board and roll, handling as little as possible.
