Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    4 c. cooked rice (unsalted)
    1 large bottle pimentos, chopped
    2 lb. shrimp, boiled and deveined
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan.
    In bacon drippings, saute onions, peppers and mushrooms.
    Add rice and fry about 5 minutes.
    Add pimentos.
    Reduce heat to warm.
    Add shrimp and crumbled bacon.
    Stir in soy sauce until brown.
    Serve.
