Chicken Salad With Potato Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. hen, cooked and chopped very fine (I use food processor)
    5 to 6 large carrots, finely grated
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 1/2 c. salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 can shoestring potato sticks, add just before serving
Preparation
    Mix well at least 24 hours before serving.
    Fourty-eight hours is even better.
    Cover tightly and do not disturb.
    Place in refrigerator.
    When ready to serve, mix 1 large can shoestring potato sticks into salad.
    This gives it \"crunch\".
