Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of black pepper
Preparation
    Drain the Ricotta or cottage cheese.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
    Divide stuffing into 12 parts.
    Place a mound of stuffing on each cooked noodle.
    Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
    Arrange sauce over the top.
    Sprinkle a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese over each of the manicotti.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
