Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. spring onions, chopped
    1 box Special K cereal
    1 stick margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in peelings.
    Put in freezer or refrigerator until very cold.
    Peel and grate.
    Add cheese, sour cream, soup and onion.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Mix cereal and margarine and top casserole.
    Bake until browned.
