Quarkkroketten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 grams fresh curd cheese
    grated rind of a lemon
    1/8 liter sour cream
    1 egg
    150 grams flour
    10 grams yeast
    a little milk
    50 grams raisins
    oil
    50 grams powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix the curd cheese, sour cream, lemon rind, egg and milk-enough to make a batter.
    Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add to the batter . Add raisins.
    With floured hands, form little kroketts (balls) and let them rest a while.
    Deep fry until golden brown and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
