Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 eggs
2 small jars plum baby food
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Cream the sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute between each.
Add flour, cinnamon and cloves; blend.
Add baby food.
Add nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Bake in Bundt pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
