Canned Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. okra, washed and cut up
    8 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cover with water.
    Put on stove and heat until it changes color.
    Put in hot jar and seal. When you are ready to use, rinse with cold water and drain.
    Batter and fry like fresh okra.
