No Fail Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Break egg into 1 cup measure and fill with milk to 1 cup.
    Beat lightly and add to dry ingredients.
    Beat together.
    Let stand for 5 minutes to rise.
    Drop batter by tablespoon on top of boiling stew or soup.
    Cover and boil 20 minutes.
