Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    1 stick oleo
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 small can chopped pimento
    3 c. cooked rice
    a little sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oleo.
    Mix in corn, pimento and rice.
    Add sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add beaten egg.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Combine mixture and pour into prepared pan.
    Top with grated cheese and paprika, bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
