Cranberry Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 small tsp. salt
milk
Preparation
-
Put cranberries, sugar and water in saucepan.
Cover and boil until cranberries are cooked.
Make the batter for dumplings by mixing flour, baking powder, salt and enough milk to make a drop batter.
Drop by spoonfuls into the cranberry sauce.
Cover and boil for 20 minutes.
