Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 slices day old bread
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Crush day old bread.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan, slightly buttered.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
