Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; beat with mixer until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot, greased skillet.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Turn once.
    Drain on paper towels.
