1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
2 medium apples, pared, cored and finely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (at room temperature)
1/4 c. lemon juice
ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare cake mix.
Stir in apples. Pour into greased cake pan, 9 x 13-inch.
Bake.
