Ham And Potato Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    3/4 lb. ham
    2 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Slice potatoes.
    Layer potatoes and onions in buttered casserole dish.
    Brown ham; layer on top of potatoes.
    Melt butter in skillet you browned ham in.
    Add flour; stir in soup and milk.
    Simmer; pour over potatoes.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Top with French fried onions.
