Teresa'S Beer Batter For Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    7/8 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can flat beer
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and use for deep frying fish or veggies.
    We use it for halibut that has been cut into bite sized pieces.
    It's delicious.
