Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
    1 onion, minced and sauteed in margarine
    8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
    3 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pastry lined pie pan.
    Sprinkle onion on top of cheese and bacon.
    Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until browned and firm.
    Cool slightly.
