Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. white corn syrup
    2 c. raw peanuts
    3 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook in large
    heavy
    skillet
    over
    medium heat sugar, corn syrup and peanuts
    until it starts turning brown and will spin a thread, stirring often.
    Remove from heat and add soda, salt, butter
    and vanilla.
    Pour\tout
    thin
    as
    possible
    on lightly greased baking
    sheet.
    When
    completely cooled, break into pieces.
