Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. dry milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Sift flour, yeast, sugar, dry milk, salt and baking powder together.
    Mix in shortening and water.
    Let rise 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
    Take 2 tablespoons flour and sprinkle over rolls.
    Knock down.
    Roll out and cut or pinch off.
    Store in refrigerator until needed.
