Sweet-And-Sour Meatballs With Yellow Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/3 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
2 eggs whites, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no-salt added whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 c. no-salt added tomato sauce
1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
3 c. cooked yellow rice
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
Shape mixture into 24 (1-inch) meatballs.
Place on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
