Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 (10 oz.) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 (15 oz.) cans Ranch Style beans
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
    Add salt, tomato sauce and tomatoes.
    Add chili powder and pepper.
    Simmer about 1 hour.
    Add beans; cook 30 more minutes.
    Add water, if needed. Serves 8.
    Chili can be frozen.
