Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cherries, chopped
    2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. glazed fruit, chopped
    3 c. light raisins
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (15 oz.) can undrained, crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup flour with cherries, nuts, glazed fruit and raisins. Set aside.
    Mix 2 cups flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add oil, pineapple and eggs.
    Add the fruit mixture.
    Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 275\u00b0 in 2 loaf pans.
