Potluck Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thaw 1 hour
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 stick oleo (can use less if desired)
Preparation
    Mix last four ingredients; stir in potatoes.
    Top with potato chips, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
